Happy Birthday Baby

Baby is officially 2 years old on Friday. Gosh how time flies and i wasn't even vaguely aware he was close to 2 years already prior to that. He first arrived when he was barely couple months old and can't even imagine how tiny and fragile he was. The current baby has since grown pretty fast with a hyper pair of legs and an itchy pair of hands.

He is a major source of distraction when i'm doing my work. Always eager to sneak into my room, i have no idea why on earth he likes to do that. Such an adorable pest he is. May be it's because he likes the occasional 'spins' i gave him. "Pah pah die dao ar" like he always says whilst enjoying the air-borne experiences.

Very soon he'd be an unstoppable force. For now, the door shall do the trick and keep him away when i need it. Phew.

Everything also Yao Gao

As baby gets up, his head knocks onto the edge of the table.

"Alvin, wo tou tong, cha yao gao."

If he keeps banging his head, i'm not quite sure if he'll still be smart.

Occurrence

Experienced a mightily embarrassing encounter today in the tutee's house. Even though my stomach has served me well for the past 24 years and counting, it has never been the most lactose tolerant organ. Suffice to say, it has been the main culprit for my past faux pas. Never mind, as we know that everyday is a new learning experience.

Well, at least for now, i learnt that milk and coffee should be mutually exclusive. Strange that i can't recollect anything but i certainly feel that i have experienced such disasters before, courtesy of the 2 beverages. Gotta to love them. Just hope my distinct laosai smell has stopped lingering in my tutee's house at this point of time.

As fate would have it, his mom was coincidentally in the kitchen while i ''alleviated'' myself in the now-wrenched toilet. I deeply apologized to her, but she's extremely understanding. "It's emergency ma, can understand". I'm not sure why her face was slightly cringed when she said that. She meant it right?
